Getting Started

triConvey provides the feature of calculating your Conveyancing Settlement Financials in the following matter types: 

• NSW - Purchase, Sale, Purchase of Business and Sale of Business
   
• VIC - Purchase, Sale, Purchase of Business and Sale of Business 
  
  
• QLD - Purchase, Sale, Purchase of Business and Sale of Business 
  
  
• WA - Purchase and Sale 
  
  
• SA - Purchase and Sale

Settlement Financials Layout

NSW, VIC, QLD and SA matter types use the Settlement Financials Layout which provides the ability to enter and calculate State specific: 

• adjustment/statement items; 
• amounts required to settle; 
• payment directions; and 
• available funds and balances. 

The data entered on the Settlement Financials Layout populates precedents specific to each State, such as the Settlement Adjustment Sheet, Settlement Statement and Reconciliation Statement.

Settlement Statement Layout

The WA matter types use the Settlement Statement Layout which provides the ability to enter adjustments and together with data from the matters will automatically generate Settlement Statement precedents.
