With the Archie add-on, you can pre-populate your Intake Forms using existing matter documents before sending them to your client, saving them the time and effort of re-entering duplicate information.

To pre-populate your Intake Form:
1. Open a matter from the triConvey Desktop App or the triConvey Companion Site Web App.
2. Select the Intake tab.
3. Select Share Form and then select Internal Use.
4. Select the Form you wish to use from the drop-down selection.
5. Select Autofill this form with Archie.
6. Select Autofill and open form.
7. The form will generate in the background. Archie will begin filling in the form fields with content from matter documents.
8. Check all sections of the form to ensure that the information in the fields are accurate.
9. Send the rest of the form for your client to fill out by clicking on the View tab, then select the Actions icon and select Send.
