Learn how to integrate your Lead Intake Form with Google Analytics to track form performance.




Getting Started

This article assumes the following: 


  1. You have connected Google Analytics to your website.
  2. You have your Google Analytics measurement ID/tag ID ready to enter into triConvey.


Learn how to retrieve your Google measurement ID/tag.




1.    Select the gear icon from the top right corner of the triConvey Home Dashboard.


2.    Select Intake Forms


3.    Click on the three vertical dots next to the form you wish to track.


4.    Select Change Settings.


5.    From Google Analytics, copy your Measurement ID from the Data streams page. For more information, refer to the help article from Google.


6.    Navigate back to triConvey and paste your Measurement ID in the Google Analytics measurement ID field.


7.    Select Update


8.    Select Save


Once you have added the measurement ID, Google Analytics will start tracking the following events: 

  • all events that GA4 will track by default; and
  • form_submission when a prospective client submits a form.
Tip:  This custom event will have form_title as its parameter, which will be the title of the embedded form.


You do not need to generate a new form link or embed code for Google Analytics to start tracking.
