Learn how to identify which Precedent Profiles your firm is subscribed to in triConvey.
Your Account Manager will subscribe you to all suites in your state when setting up your account however, changes may be required:
- if you are doing a one-off matter in another state; or
- if there are some suites you do not use in that state and want to remove them.

Access Precedent Profile settings
From triConvey Settings
1. Select the gear icon from the top-right corner of the triConvey Desktop App.
2. Select Precedent Profiles.
From the Precedent Library
1. Open an existing matter.
2. Select Precedent from the Matter Action Bar.
3. Select the gear icon from the top right corner of the Precedent Library.
Identify which Precedent Profiles your firm is subscribed to
Despite being able to see other Matter Types, triConvey users can only subscribe to Business, Conveyancing, Courts & Authority, Leasing and Mortgage Precedent Profiles.
Ticking the Precedent Profiles yourself will not enable them. You must reach out to our Support Team to have them enabled.
1. Navigate to the Status column to identify which Precedent Profiles have been subscribed to.
Tip: Precedent Profiles that are ticked are enabled.
2. To display precedent profiles for other states, select the state drop-down menu.
