Fix the 'Moving File Setup out of a publisher's form suite is not allowed' error

The error message 'Moving File Setup out of a publisher's form suite is not allowed' appears when you attempt to move a folder from an existing matter type to another location.

By default, you cannot move files out of the default suites in the triConvey Precedent library to another folder.  

Default suites are denoted by a white rectangle in the upper-right corner of their folder icons.

If you need to move a folder out of the default form suite, follow this workaround:

1.    Right-click, hold and drag the form/folder you wish to move from the base suite to the new destination folder.

2.    Select Copy Here.

• Optional: Delete the original copy of the file in the base form suite.
