Firm Insights are only available for Firm Owners.
Learn how to use Firm Insights to assess your firm's performance and identify areas of improvement.
Select the Firm Insights tab at the top of the triConvey Desktop App.
There are four sections within Firm Insights that offer the following reports:

| Dashboards | A suite of pre-made dashboards:

| Matter | Customisable reports on:

| Matter Type | Similar report to the Matter section, but matters are consolidated into their respective Matter Types |
| Fee Earner | Activities and fees recorded during a specified time period |
