If you have a separate financial agreement with one of your clients in regards to payment of invoices, you can disable the Pay button and QR code on all of their invoices to prevent confusion.
Turning off Pay Now and QR codes for a matter will also remove them from emails (such as the invoice email) and the eInvoice portal for that matter.
1. Open a Matter in the triConvey Companion Site Web App and select Edit Matter.
2. Scroll down to Invoice Settings.
3. Untick Include payment buttons and QR codes on invoices and emails/messages.
If the issue you are experiencing is that the Pay Now link and QR code are not appearing on the invoice in the first place, refer to our troubleshooting article for reasons why this may happen.
