Getting Started
Support for Windows 10 will end on 14 October 2025. After this date, Microsoft will no longer provide free software updates, technical assistance or security fixes for Windows 10. Due to this, we recommend you use Windows 11 to run triConvey on your PC.

Operating Systems Requirements
We do not recommend running triConvey on the following systems:
| ARM Processors | Unsupported - while triConvey can run on ARM processors, features such as Print to triConvey PDF will not work. |
| Mac OS | Unsupported |
| Terminal Server | Unsupported |
| Windows 7 | Unsupported |
| Windows 10/10S | Unsupported |
Microsoft Office Requirements
triConvey should be installed on a system that contains a locally installed version of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
triConvey user machines should only be running one version, copy or license of Microsoft Office. Machines running multiple copies of Office are not supported.
We do not recommend running triConvey with the following Office products:
| Office Online and Browser-based Office 365 | Unsupported, unless you would like to use the New Outlook integration, which is accessed via Outlook on the web. |

Outlook Account Requirments
Refer to the table below on the types of Outlook accounts that can and cannot connect to triConvey:

| Non-Outlook (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo) accounts logged into Outlook | Unsupported |
| Personal Outlook, Hotmail, Live accounts | Unsupported |
Important Information- Third-party software, legacy software and/or software add-ins may interfere with triConvey's performance.
- triConvey user machines should only be running one version, copy or license of Microsoft Office. Machines running multiple copies of Office are not supported.
- We recommend Microsoft Defender, a reliable and free antivirus solution. Other antivirus products may affect the performance of your computer/triConvey.
- triConvey only supports desktop scanners that are locally connected.
