If you sent an invoice to your client by post or delivered it in person, you can manually mark it as sent to keep track of its status in triConvey.
1. Open a Matter from the triConvey Companion Site Web App.
2. Click the Invoices tab.
3. Select the three dots icon next to the relevant invoice.
4. Select Mark as Sent.
5. Choose the Date Sent.
6. Choose the method of sending from the Sent Via drop-down menu.
7. Add Internal Notes if needed.
8. Select Mark as Sent.
Invoices marked as sent are denoted with a green tick in the invoice list.
