Getting Started
Ensure that all details have been entered into Settlement Financials of your Matter before generating the NSW Reconciliation Statement. Learn more about completing Settlement Financials.
Generate NSW Reconciliation Statement
1. Select Precedent from the Matter Action Bar.
2. Select either the Conveyancing Sale or Conveyancing Purchase category and then select the Pre Settlement folder.
3. Double-click Reconciliation Statement to open the precedent in Word.
Where the data comes from
1. | Amount Required to Settle | Settlement Financials > Payments tab |
2. | Funds Provided | Settlement Financials > Payments tab

3. | Payments required from Bank | Settlement Financials > Payments tab The Bank is selected from the Paid From option |
4. | Payments Required from Trust | Settlement Financials > Payments tab Trust is selected from the Paid From option |
5. | Payments Required from PEXA Holding Account | Settlement Financials > Payments tab ELNO is selected from the Paid From option |
6. | Payments Required from Client | Settlement Financials > Payments tab Client is selected from the Paid From option |
7. | Payments from Sale Proceeds | Settlement Financials > Payments tab Sale Proceeds is selected from the Paid From option |
8. | Total Payments | Settlement Financials > Payments tab A Paid From option is selected |
Total Payments to be Advised | Will populate if the Total Payments amount is less than the Total Amount Required to Settle |
Handy Hints
- Ensure that you have selected the Paid From option for all Payments entered into Settlement Financials.
- Ensure that you have entered all additional or extra Amounts Required to Settle into Settlement Financials.
- If there are Sale Proceeds, double-click Conveyancing Details in your Matter and select the Simultaneous Sale and Purchase checkbox.
