A Proof of Trust Payment document can be generated once the transaction has been processed.

Generate a proof of trust payment document
1. When processing the Trust Payment, ensure the Open PDF payment detail now checkbox is selected.
2. Select Process.
3. The Trust Payment Detail PDF will be generated.
4. Print or download the PDF via the options in the top right corner of the document.
Re-print after closing or not generating
1. Open the Matter from the triConvey Companion Site Web App.
2. Select the Transactions tab.
3. Locate the Payment and click the three vertical dots to the right of the payment entry.
4. Select Print Detail.
5. The Trust Payment Detail PDF will be generated.
6. Print or download the PDF via the options in the top right corner of the document.
Automatically open print detail
To enable Print Detail to open every time you create a payment:
1. Select the gear icon from the bottom-left corner of the triConvey Companion Site Web App.
2. Select Firm Settings.
3. Select Accounts from the left menu.
4. From the Trust Account & CMS Settings tab, scroll down to Trust and Controlled Money Options.
5. Toggle on Always open PDF when creating a Trust Payment.
6. Select Save.
