When PEXA has debited your Trust Account you need to record the transaction in triConvey.
1. Open the relevant matter from the triConvey Companion Site Web App.
2. Select the Transactions tab and then select Trust Payment.
3. Enter the details of the payment as follows:
- Date Processed - change the date to reflect the actual day the payment was made.
- Paid To - select PEXA.
Tip: If PEXA has not yet been set up as a contact in triConvey, click the + sign next to the Paid To box and add their details.
- Amount - enter the amount of the payment.
- Type - select Direct Debit.
- Reference - enter the PEXA Workspace ID.
Tip: The Workspace ID can be found within the PEXA workspace.
- Account Name, BSB and Account Number - enter the account details for PEXA.
Tip: These can be found in the Authorisation Record within PEXA.
- Reason - enter the reason for payment.
- Internal Note - enter any further information to be recorded.
4. Double-check all information and select Process to finalise the Trust Payment record.
