Cybercrime has rapidly increased in recent years, with email fraud now one of the most common tactics used by attackers. Traditional email is no longer considered a safe way to send confidential information or large documents.

To address this growing threat, triConvey's Client Portal provides a secure, reliable alternative for messaging and file sharing — keeping your firm and your clients protected from cyber risks.

The Client Portal is designed with multiple layers of protection to ensure your information stays private and secure:

Conversations are initiated by registered triConvey users

Only verified triConvey users can start conversations through the Client Portal. This ensures clients and third parties can trust that any message or file received through the portal is legitimate.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for recipients

Optional two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security for recipients. Even if an email address or password is compromised, unauthorised users cannot access messages or files without the recipient’s mobile device.

Data Encryption

All messages and files shared within the Client Portal are encrypted both in transit and at rest, meaning it cannot be intercepted or read by third parties.

Device and IP Address Verification

The system remembers trusted devices and requires 2FA for new or unknown devices, helping to prevent unauthorised access.

Continuous Monitoring

Powered by Auth0 technology, the Client Portal constantly monitors for suspicious login attempts or unknown identities trying to gain access. Learn more about Auth0

Immediate Access Control

If for any reason your trusted device has been compromised, it is quick and easy to remove anyone involved in the conversation from accessing your Client Portal conversations.
