Create a trust to office transfer from an invoice by applying a payment to the invoice and selecting your trust account as the payment type.
1. Open a Matter in the triConvey Companion Site Web App.
2. Select the Invoices tab and click on the relevant invoice.
3. Select Add Payment.
4. Under the Type drop-down menu, select your trust account.
5. In the Reason field enter "Trust to Office Transfer" or similar.
6. Ensure the rest of the payment details are correctly entered and then select Process.
The trust to office transfer will now appear under the Transactions tab of the Matter, with the description denoting that it is a trust to office transfer.
